Enjoy one of the popular classes taught by Caroline Skinner, who is a level 3 Pilates Teacher and Yoga Alliance Teacher with over 16 years experience in the fitness industry. Caroline prides herself on making her classes enjoyable, affordable and inclusive to all ages and fitness abilities. In Caroline’s mat classes you will never do the same session twice, keeping your mind and body on their toes – both figuratively and literally! Caroline’s classes are interesting and varied with the addition of bands, weights and balls in the sessions. Pilates is the core form Caroline designs her classes around but a touch of yoga is thrown in to stretch and aid relaxation, adding a dynamic element to classes. Pilates classes are pay-as-you-go, so there is no need to pre-book, you can just turn up…see you on the mat.

The experience that Caroline has gained over the past 16 years, alongside her creativity and energy in the studio, provides a refreshing and welcoming take on Yoga and Pilates practice. This knowledge, experience and passion is the foundation of the teacher training courses available under the specialist tutelage of Caroline, to equip you to become a Pilates instructor yourself. Covering a range of skills and attributes including anatomy & physiology, core Pilates mat work exercises and modifications, and the art of designing class programmes. Teacher training with Caroline is a comprehensive course fully endorsed by ActiveIQ which is delivered intensively over two weekends with home study meaning it can fit around your other commitments!
